About Lesley Mayhew

Lesley has lived in many places but proudly calls Austin “home.” She’s drawn to the city’s vibrant culture and sense of community—whether it’s the people, the food, or the laid-back vibe. A lifelong lover of interior design and all things home-related, Lesley has always enjoyed helping others decorate and organize their spaces. Her journey into real estate began with her sister, a seasoned agent of 15+ years, who needed a Social Media Manager. After managing multiple social media accounts for realtors and other business owners, Lesley decided to get her real estate license—and hasn’t looked back since.

Before real estate, Lesley was an educator, teaching grades 4–7 and tutoring students from elementary through high school. She also took on freelance roles in Social Media Management, Virtual Assisting, and Professional Organizing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from New Mexico State University.

Lesley’s approach to real estate is rooted in authenticity. She believes in being genuine, not pushy, and is committed to finding the perfect fit for her clients. 

When she’s not working, you can find Lesley with her incredible group of friends, napping with her cats, binge-watching the latest thrillers, or junk journaling.
