About Joi Jones

Joi has been a REALTOR® in Austin since 2004 and an Austin resident since 1995. She has received many awards throughout her career including Realty Austin Diamond Club $10M+ Top Producer for 2020 and 2022. She was also the recipient of the "Realty Austin Effect" Award for 2020 for the highest percent increase in sales year over year for 2020.

Joi can help you with buying and selling homes, as well as finding investment properties. She works to provide the highest level of customer service, prides herself on attention to detail, and sees herself as an advisor and guide to her clients. Joi has a low-pressure style combined with enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their goals, whether that is finding the perfect home or investment or selling at a great price. She tries to make the process of buying and selling homes enjoyable and as smooth as possible. She is proud that most of her business comes from referrals and hopes this serves as a testament to the level of service and expertise she can provide.

Joi has managed several of her own rental properties and short-term rentals for many years. In 2013, Joi built a custom "5-star green" home near Zilker Park. This personal experience helps her guide her clients who are interested in building or investing. She has a network of professional vendors, lenders, inspectors, and contractors to which she can refer clients.

Joi has two sons who are students at Zilker Elementary. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, hosting parties, trying new restaurants, and enjoying live music in Austin.
